Join Tunde J.O. and Jax in exploring how we practice embedding choice in our lives, relationships, communities, and work.  There are three opportunities with upcoming Intro to the Wheel of Consent® workshops. We’ll thread embodied practice, discussion and play together to provide you with tools  to practice speaking up more clearly and consistently in situations spanning from the bedroom to the boardroom. 

The Wheel of Consent® enables deep understanding and practice interacting with genuine agency in a world that often demands compliance over consent. You may have heard that consent means “no, means no” - here we’ll practice feeling exactly what our yesses and noes feel like in our bodies and feel like to express.

This online version of Love, Charm, & Choice will be similar to our one day, in-person classes. It will be offered in two parts and practices will be adapted to support online learning.

This class could be right for you if you would like to learn from us this fall, and:

-want to both join us online AND in-person!
-cannot make it to either in-person class,
-cannot gather in-person for health reasons,
-want to learn in the energetic familiarity of your own space, or
-simply prefer online learning.
